Get Involved & Join the Board
The AXL Academy Board of Directors meets once each month for approximately two hours to provide governance, strategic direction, and oversight for the school. Board members also have the opportunity to serve on committees that support the Board's work throughout the year.
Our Board is made up of dedicated volunteers, including AXL parents and guardians, community members, and a teacher representative. Together, they help shape the future of our school by ensuring AXL Academy remains focused on student success and organizational excellence.
There are many ways to get involved. Community members are encouraged to attend board meetings, participate in the public comment period, review board materials and financial reports, or consider serving as a member of the Board of Directors. If you are passionate about education and want to make a meaningful impact on our school community, we encourage you to learn more about board service.
All Board members are required to complete training through the Colorado Department of Education. Training is provided upon appointment.
