Katrina is mom to two scholars at AXL Academy and a big believer in Expeditionary Learning. She's been a supporter of the AXL community since 2019, and is excited to help scholars and crew members get the most out of their education. She loves when kids get to be creative, musical, artistic, and follow their own interests. She's lived in Colorado since 2014, lived in Oakland, CA before that, and is originally from New York. Her husband, James, is an APS Middle School teacher.

For work, Katrina is a marketing designer making everything from websites to emails and social media posts. She volunteer's with Rebel Marketplace, a hyper-local Aurora-based urban Farmers Market that meets in Del Mar Park in the summer, and is also on the city of Aurora's Citizens' Advisory Budget Committee.
Fun fact: Katrina has a degree in Textiles and used to teach college freshmen how to spin raw sheep's wool into yarn.

I’m originally from Long Island, New York and have lived in Aurora Co. for over 27 years now with my husband of 24 years. I have been apart of the AXL family and community since it’s inception in 2008 where I enrolled the first our 5 children. I have been part of the AXL family for the past 11 years doing various roles and settling in as the Assistant Pre school teacher. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking my 3 dogs in Cherry Creek State Park, crafting, gardening and listening to live music.

Anthony has been with Flintco for over 22 years and has 25 years in the construction industry. He has worked in a variety of market sectors, including K-12 education, advanced industries, healthcare, and sports and leisure, among others. His varied experience has allowed him to grow and take on additional duties at a very rapid pace. Anthony performs well under tight budgets and fast-track construction. As the project director, Anthony serves in a project executive oversight role. He acts as the liaison between Flintco, the owner representatives, major subcontractors and architects/engineers to provide diversified input based on his construction expertise. Anthony is responsible for overall management direction of all areas required to successfully deliver the project. He manages the appropriate resource allocation to assure completion of the project and he serves as the senior point of contact regarding overall project contract and delivery. His specific responsibilities will be over planning, staffing, defining functions and responsibilities, and supervision of all project activities including project schedule, personnel administration and performance review.

Anthony is married to wife Kelli and has two adult children, both who are also married. He enjoys trying new things at least once and achieving any random goals; whether it’s participating in a 25mi bike race, or just learning how to drive a standard, the “goal” is always trying something new, bettering himself, and safely taking risks. He volunteers regularly at his church and with other community service projects. In recent years, he and his wife have done mission trips to Mexico and Peru. Anthony tries to live by a statement he once heard in passing: Man was not put on earth just to consume. He/she should also help others.
