AXL’s Professional Development includes New Staff Induction, All Staff Orientation, PLC’s, and Wednesday PD’s (The Anchor). Professional Development aligns with AXL’s UIP goals for the current year. PLC’s focus aligns with our identified area of concern from the year before. Professional Development is a mixture of learning new practices, application time, and Crew building time. The amount of hours spent within each topic of development are tracked annually.
