Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) Requests
AXL is committed to transparency and providing access to public records in accordance with the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA).
How to Submit a CORA Request
All CORA requests must be submitted in writing. Requests may be submitted through the designated request form or by email to the Custodian of Records.
To help us process requests efficiently, please include as much detail as possible, including:

A clear description of the records being requested

Relevant dates, departments, or individuals involved

Your contact information for follow up communication

Before submitting a request, we encourage you to review the information already available on the AXL Academy website, as many records and documents may already be publicly accessible.

Fees
Pursuant to CORA guidelines, the following fees may apply:

Copies: $0.35 per page

Staff research and retrieval time: $41.00 per hour
Payment is required in advance before records are processed and released.
Response Time
AXL Academy will respond to CORA requests within three (3) business days, as required by Colorado law. In certain circumstances, the response period may be extended as permitted by law.
Confidential and Exempt Records
Please note that some records may be confidential or exempt from disclosure under Colorado law. AXL Academy reserves the right to withhold or redact records in accordance with applicable legal exemptions.
