Supporting Our Military Families

Military Families Are an Important Part of AXL

Military Reunion Hug

At AXL Academy, we are proud to welcome military-connected students and families into our school community. We understand that military life can include frequent transitions, deployments, changing schedules, and other unique experiences for students and their families.

Our goal is to help military-connected students feel welcomed, supported, and connected from the moment they arrive at AXL.

How AXL Supports Military Families

Enrollment Lottery Priority

Transportation to Buckley Space Force Base

Eligible military-connected students receive priority in AXL Academy’s enrollment lottery in accordance with our enrollment policy. Families are encouraged to identify their military connection during the application process so our enrollment team can provide the appropriate assistance.

AXL provides bus transportation to and from a designated stop at Buckley Space Force Base. Transportation availability, routes, and schedules may vary by school year. Please contact AXL for current transportation information.

Military Family Recognition

Throughout the school year, AXL recognizes military-connected students and families during important military observances and events. These celebrations give our school community an opportunity to show appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by military members and their families.

Military Family Breakfast

AXL hosts a special military family breakfast that brings students, family members, and members of our school community together. This event allows us to celebrate our military families and recognize the important role they play in our community.
