Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Trimester After-School clubs! The clubs span 8 weeks unless noted otherwise and begin on March 4 through May 3 with no clubs during Spring Break (March 25 - 29). Clubs will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fees vary for each club and the clubs are payable directly to the Crew Leader unless otherwise noted. Please note the end times for the clubs; we have a three strike and you’re out policy to respect the crew leader’s time. Snacks will not be provided; please pack an extra snack for your scholar on club days. Please return the forms by Thursday, February 28.

Board Game Plus Club (Grades KG - 4th) Mondays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm in Ms. Hernandez’s room. Fee: $25. Maximum number of scholars: 20. Students will play with various games relating to logic, complicated puzzles, mine twisters and 19th century conundrums. Club is led by Ms. Hernandez.
Lego Galore Club (Grades PK - 1st) Tuesdays from 3:15pm - 4:15pm in Ms. Zobeck’s room. Fee: $23. Maximum number of scholars: 14. This club is designed with LEGO themed activities - build and play! Club is led by Ms. Zobeck.
Twinkle Toes Dance Club (Grades 1st - 4th) Thursdays from 3:15pm - 4:00pm in Coach A’s room. Fee: $30. Maximum number of scholars: 20. Twinkle Toes will include learning the fundamentals of Ballet, Jazz and Tap Dance. Students will spend the first 6 weeks emphasizing technique. The final two weeks scholars will learn a jazz dance combination. T3 Dance will consists of learning an entire dance routine to perform at the Spring talent show. Scholars must wear dance appropriate attire (clothes you can easily move in---leotard, tights/leggings, dance shoes or socks). Club is led by Ms. Mills.
Yearbook Club (Grades 7th - 8th) Thursdays from 3:15pm - 4:00pm in Ms. Thomsen’s room. Fee: Free. Maximum number of scholars: 8. Calling all editors! Make and edit the yearbook for 2018-19! We will pick a theme, design pages and capture the great year in print! Club is led by Ms. Thomsen.
Running Club (Grades 3rd - 5th) Mondays from 3:15pm - 4:15pm in Ms. Cox’s room. Fee: $30. Maximum number of scholars: 20. Do you enjoy running and exploring the benefits of physical exercise? If so, join the 3rd-5th grade running club! Boys and girls are both welcome to join as we learn about the positive effects of running, stretch, and run. Snacks will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and appropriate running attire. Club is led by Ms. Cox and Ms. Timbers.

We all know that what goes up must come down, but did you know that gravity can be suspended in certain conditions? This after school program will help students explore the fundamental forces of our universe, including Newton's Laws of Motion. Send atomic coins spinning through a vortex! Launch catapults to experiment with the concepts of potential and kinetic energy. Build some super structures and take a look inside your favorite machines! Students will gain a new perspective on the world around them through exciting demonstrations and hands-on activities. Let's have fun with some fantastic forces! Girl Scouts (Grades KG - 8th) Fridays (alternating) from 3:00pm - 5:00pm in Ms. Cox’s classroom. Fee: $25*. Maximum number of scholars: 25. *Pay registration through the website at www.girlscoutsofcolorado.org. This is a year long program and includes two fundraising events to support our troop: fall product sales and cookies (in February). Parent volunteers are needed and welcome. Joining the Girl Scouts will also include monthly field trips (typically on weekends) and lots of opportunity for the girls to grow and become leaders in our community. At Girl Scouts, your girl will unleash her inner G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™! At Girl Scouts, she’ll get to lead her own adventure (it’s her world!) and team up with other girls in an all-girl environment to choose the exciting, hands-on activities that interest her most. Along the way, she’ll gain important skills in four areas that form the foundation of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience: Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), Outdoors, Life Skills and Entrepreneurship
