You will need to bring several documents with you in order to complete registration, including:

parent or guardian’s photo ID

proof of child’s birthdate

proof of residence

guardianship, custody, or sibiling documentation if appropriate.

Click here for a complete list of the necessary documentation.

Parents will also need to provide documentation at Registration of each child’s immunization records. Click here for a complete list of which immunizations are required for each grade level. If you have questions about immunizations, please call Sherri Hernandez at 303-377-0758.

At Registration, you will receive a copy of AXL’s Student Handbook and meet your teacher(s). Together, parents, teachers and students will sign the AXL Agreement agreeing to honor AXL’s Code of Conduct.
