Promising candidates are invited to interview by phone with the Head of School. Final candidates visit the school for a half-day that includes sample teaching, structured observations, conversations with teachers, and a final interview with AXL’s Head of School and Leadership Team.

Salary Schedule
Salaries at AXL Academy are not established pursuant to C.R.S. § 22-32-109.4 or 22-63-401. The School establishes teacher and administrative salaries individually, based on an employee’s job duties, experience, qualification, needs, and performance, as well as comparison to salaries for comparable positions in other schools or districts, and defines those salaries through individual contracts of employment. The school currently pays in the range of $38,000 to $52,000 for teaching positions. The school’s administrative salaries range from $37,000 to $91,000.
